Project Manager — Newington, NH (Onsite)

We're looking for a Project Manager to join our team in Newington, NH! You'll be onsite, leading construction projects from start to finish — making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on schedule. If you're organized, great with people, and love seeing a plan come to life, this could be a great fit.

What You'll Do

• Help put together project plans, schedules, and budgets

• Define what success looks like — scope, goals, deliverables, and timelines

• Coordinate people and resources across different teams

• Keep an eye on progress and update schedules when things change

• Be the go-to person for both internal teams and external partners

• Run key meetings, from kickoffs to progress check-ins and wrap-ups

• Keep communication clear and consistent for everyone involved

• Stay on top of project records and documentation

• Help manage contracts, change orders, and procurement paperwork

• Pull together reports, dashboards, and performance updates

• Make sure everything meets company, client, and safety standards

• Follow up on deliverables and keep everyone accountable

• Lead the closeout process — gather lessons learned and finalize documentation
