Status: Full-Time
Work Location: On-site – El Monte, CA

Overview
This position is responsible for managing client communication, defining project requirements, overseeing timelines, and ensuring smooth execution of advertising and creative campaigns. The ideal candidate excels at coordination, understands advertising workflows, and ensures deliverables meet expectations in quality, timeline, and scope.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client & Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients throughout the entire project lifecycle.
Conduct discovery meetings to understand client goals, brand requirements, and campaign expectations.
Translate client needs into clear project briefs, timelines, and deliverable checklists.Present proposals, schedule updates, creative drafts, and post-project reviews in a professional and proactive manner.
Maintain strong client relationships and ensure long-term satisfaction through consistent communication.
2. Project Planning & Execution
Build detailed project plans and manage all deliverables from concept through final delivery.
Coordinate internal teams, freelancers, and external vendors to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and creative expectations.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, manage scope changes, and propose solutions to keep projects on schedule and within budget.
Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and adhere to campaign strategy.
3. Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with the Creative Director to ensure creative output aligns with client objectives and brand direction.
Collaborate with Design, Video, Media, and Strategy teams to maintain workflow efficiency and clarity.
Manage vendor coordination across design studios, editors, illustrators, production crews, and other partners.
Maintain organized documentation, schedules, contracts, and feedback logs for all active projects.
4. Operations & Process Management
Maintain project tracking systems and ensure accurate status updates across all teams.
Organize internal reviews, approvals, and communication cycles to streamline production.
Support resource allocation and team scheduling to optimize workload distribution.
Contribute to improving project workflows, documentation standards, and team processes.
Qualifications & Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in account management or creative project management within advertising, media, or a creative agency environment.
Strong communication, client service, and project coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple fast-moving projects with tight deadlines.
Familiarity with project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday.com.
Fluent in English and Chinese; bilingual ability is a plus, depending on the client portfolio.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Pay: $27.00 - $30.00 per hour
