We are seeking an experienced, proactive, and results-driven Project Manager – Civil to lead and manage road and highway construction projects. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in NHAI/National Highway works, with a proven track record in project planning, execution, monitoring, resource management, and stakeholder coordination. The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering projects within time, budget, quality, and safety standards.
Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning & Execution
- Lead end-to-end planning, scheduling, and execution of road & highway construction projects.
- Develop project plans, work schedules, resource plans, and cost forecasts.
- Ensure project activities comply with project specifications, drawings, MORTH guidelines, and contract requirements.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress; ensure adherence to timelines and milestones.
Team & Stakeholder Management
- Lead project teams including site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors.
- Coordinate with design consultants, clients, NHAI officials, government bodies, and vendors.
- Ensure effective communication between site and head office for smooth project flow.
Quality & Safety Compliance
- Ensure implementation of quality control systems as per MORTH and NHAI standards.
- Monitor site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Address and resolve technical issues, NCRs, and inspection observations.
Documentation & Reporting
- Oversee preparation of DPRs, WPRs, and MPRs for client submission.
- Validate quantity take-offs, measurements, and bills submitted by contractors and vendors.
- Maintain all project documentation including drawings, permits, logs, reports, and certifications.
- Monitor BOQ items, budget utilization, and cost control measures.
Resource & Vendor Coordination
- Ensure timely availability of materials, equipment, and manpower.
- Monitor subcontractor work progress and ensure contractual compliance.
- Coordinate procurement, approve materials, and maintain vendor relationships.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s degree is an advantage).
- Minimum 10 years of experience in road construction, highways, and infrastructure projects.
- Proven experience working on NHAI/National Highway projects is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of road construction layers (Subgrade, GSB, WMM, DBM, BC, etc.).
- Expertise in project planning, execution, contract management, and technical supervision.
- Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of project management tools preferred.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle multiple teams, manage deadlines, and work under pressure.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
