Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects in public art, sculptural installations, inflatable artworks, experiential design, and creative masterplanning. You will manage projects from concept to completion, working closely with designers, artists, engineers, suppliers, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage art and installation projects from initial concept to final execution.
• Coordinate with clients, artists, designers, and fabrication teams.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, procurement, production, and installation.
• Review drawings, prototypes, materials, and ensure quality control.
• Conduct site visits and supervise installation works.
• Ensure smooth workflow and proactive problem-solving.
• Track milestones and prepare project reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in public art, creative installations, design/fabrication, or fit-out.
• Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple creative projects simultaneously.
• Knowledge of fabrication, materials, inflatables, and installation logistics is an advantage.
• Immediate joiners only.
