Project Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to plan, execute, and deliver interior/construction projects within timelines, budgets, and quality standards. The ideal candidate will coordinate with clients, vendors, site teams, and management to ensure smooth project completion from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule project activities, timelines, and work sequences.
• Coordinate with clients for requirement gathering, approvals, and updates.
• Lead site supervisors, contractors, and labor teams to ensure proper execution.
• Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and project budgets.
• Track project progress and ensure timely completion.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor quality and resolve issues.
• Manage material procurement, inventory, and vendor negotiations.
• Ensure drawings, designs, and specifications are followed accurately.
• Handle project documentation, reports, and client billing.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients and address concerns promptly.
• Ensure safety standards and compliance are maintained on all sites.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering, Interior Design, or related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in interior/execution/project management.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, designs, and site execution processes.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural, electrical, and plumbing drawings.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and project management tools.
• Problem-solving ability and experience managing multiple sites/projects.
• Strong budgeting, planning, and vendor management skills.
