Project Manager

Job Summary:
The Civil Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, safety compliance, and cost controls are maintained. The role includes planning, coordination, team management, client communication, and delivering projects within scope.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage complete project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, work plans, and resource allocation.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor daily site progress and ensure adherence to drawings and specifications.
• Ensure strict compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
• Review BOQs, drawings, estimates, and project budgets.
• Conduct regular site visits, progress meetings, and prepare reports.
• Manage subcontractors and vendor performance.
• Identify project risks and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure timely procurement and material management.
• Oversee billing, documentation, and project closure activities.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹75,000.00 per month
