Job Summary

Resource Industries is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead cross-functional projects from initiation to successful delivery. The ideal candidate has strong project management expertise, excellent leadership skills, and a proven track record of managing complex projects on time and within budget. Experience in the manufacturing industry—particularly in automotive—is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all phases of projects, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, budgets, and timelines in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Track project progress to ensure milestones are met within scope, cost, and schedule.
• Coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams including engineering, procurement, and quality.
• Manage stakeholder expectations, reporting, and issue resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
• Identify risks, develop mitigation strategies, and ensure smooth project execution.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and quality standards applicable in the UAE.
• Support process improvements and standardization within the Project Management Office (PMO).

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Project Management, or a related field (master’s preferred).
• 8–12 years of project management experience, preferably in manufacturing; automotive experience is a plus.
• Proven experience managing complex, multi-disciplinary projects.
• Strong knowledge of project management frameworks and tools (PMBOK, MS Project, etc.).
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office, project scheduling, and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of UAE local safety, industrial, and regulatory standards is an advantage.

Salary:

Competitive, based on experience + benefits as per UAE Labor Law.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
