We are looking for a proactive and organised individual who can support project coordination, requirement gathering, and communication between clients and the technical team. The role combines both Project Management and Business Analysis responsibilities.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Management

• Assist in planning, organising, and coordinating project activities.
• Track project timelines, deliverables, and daily progress.
• Maintain project documentation and ensure timely updates.
• Communicate with team members to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.
• Help in preparing project reports and status updates.

Business Analysis

• Gather and document business requirements from clients.
• Understand client needs and translate them into actionable tasks for the development team.
• Analyse project data and identify gaps or areas for improvement.
• Create basic process flows, requirement documents, and user stories.
• Support in client meetings, demos, and requirement discussions.

Required Skills

• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• Basic understanding of IT projects and SDLC.
• Ability to analyse information and prepare clear documentation.
• Good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Problem-solving attitude and willingness to learn.
• Knowledge of tools like MS Office, Google Sheets/Docs, or project management tools (bonus).

Qualifications

• Any graduate/post-graduate (preferably in IT, Management, or related fields).
• Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience can apply.
