Project Manager

Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Project Manager to lead and oversee our high-rise construction site. The successful candidate will be responsible for effectively mobilizing labor, managing client relationships, coordinating scheduling, and ensuring the independent and efficient execution of the project. The Project Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering the project on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Responsibilities:

Labor Mobilization: Coordinate the recruitment, deployment, and management of skilled and unskilled labor for the construction site. Ensure teams are adequately staffed and possess the necessary skills to meet project demands.

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing updates, and managing expectations throughout the project lifecycle. Build strong, trust-based relationships to enhance client satisfaction and secure potential future business.

Scheduling and Planning: Develop comprehensive project schedules, taking into consideration all phases of construction, resource availability, and project milestones. Continuously monitor progress and adjust schedules as needed to ensure timely completion.

Project Independence: Take ownership of the project's execution, making informed decisions and exercising a high level of autonomy. Demonstrate resourcefulness in problem-solving and adaptability in addressing unexpected challenges.

Budget Oversight: Manage project budgets and expenses, ensuring cost-effectiveness and adherence to financial plans. Identify potential cost-saving measures and implement strategies to optimize resource allocation.

Risk Management: Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and implement contingency plans to minimize disruptions and delays.

Quality Assurance: Uphold strict quality standards by monitoring workmanship, materials, and adherence to construction codes and regulations. Implement measures to ensure a consistently high level of construction quality.

Team Leadership: Provide strong leadership to project teams, fostering a collaborative and positive work environment. Effectively communicate project goals, roles, and responsibilities, and facilitate clear lines of communication among team members.

Reporting and Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including progress reports, meeting minutes, and contractual agreements. Generate regular reports for stakeholders to keep them informed of project status.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (Master's preferred).
• Proven experience as a Project Manager in high-rise construction, with a minimum of 10-15 years.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry best practices.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multidisciplinary teams.
• Problem-solving aptitude and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
• Thorough understanding of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per year
