The Project Manager at Tajalla will be responsible for guiding project initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with business objectives and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget
Develop project scopes and objectives, while involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques
Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and management to provide project updates
Identify and mitigate potential risks that may hinder project success
Foster a positive team environment and manage team dynamics to maximize productivity
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field
Proven experience as a project manager or in a similar role
Strong understanding of project management methodologies
Proficient in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Trello, Asana)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
PMP certification or equivalent is a plus
