Role & Responsibilities
- Supervision & Management of all the project personnel assigned.
- Preparation & Execution of the Work/ Project Schedules as per the Organization/ Project Requirement.
- Coordination/ Preparation of the Materials Request, Deliveries for the timely work completion.
- Assignment, Monitoring & Review of the employees tasks on day to day level.
- Monitoring & Review of projects on a daily basis.
- Preparation/Coordination of various reports for the projects assigned to him such as Daily Employee Report, Stock Reports, Daily Consumption Report, Daily Output Reports, JMRs etc.
- Periodical Site Visits and Quality Inspections (Stocks, Store, Registers, Work Quality, House Keeping, HSE etc.)
- Coordination/ Preparation of timely RA Bills to meet the billing targets/ plans
- Follow Up with the client/ consultant/ PMC for the approvals & payments of the bills as required.
- Attend all the Telenova/ Client/ PMC/ Consultant Technical/ Project Related meetings as required
- Technical coordination with Telenova Team/ Client/ PMC/ Consultant/ Allied Contractors/ OEMs/ Vendors To ensure/ for the preparation of the Technical Documents/ Drawings/ Work Execution Methods/ Commissioning Support, Materials Deliveries etc.
- Coordination with Contractor for the Timely Manpower Deployment to ensure the Timely project Completion.
- Timely Verification/Approval of all the Measurements, reports etc.
- Identify suitable subcontractors, draft contract terms, and issue work orders.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
