Project Manager – Luxury Residential Project

We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager to lead the fast-track delivery of an luxurious family residence project. The role involves overseeing the Finishing, Fit-out, and MEP scope.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead planning, scheduling, and execution of all project phases.
• Manage contracts, variation orders, and cost controls under contract conditions .
• Coordinate subcontractors, consultants, and suppliers to meet tight deadlines.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance on site.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering / Architecture or Construction Management.
• 8–12 years’ experience in Luxury Projects (5* Hotels, Palaces, Resorts, Compounds).
• Strong background in Architectural Coordination
• Proficient in Primavera/MS Project .
• Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to lead, influence and inspire project team to achieve high quality results
