We are looking for a Project Manager who enjoys leading complex projects with confidence and calm communication. This person will work closely with clients, field teams, trade partners, and executives to deliver high quality results with strong planning and accountability. Someone with clean room or controlled environment experience will stand out, though we will also consider candidates with strong ground up commercial experience who come from a true general contractor background.
What You'll Do

Lead projects through planning, budget tracking, schedule milestones, quality control, and finish out

Partner with clients and designers to confirm expectations and solve issues early

Guide field teams with clear communication and respectful leadership

Review drawings and submittals and coordinate with all trades for seamless progress

Help maintain a clean culture of documentation, reporting, and risk awareness

Support safety planning and proactive issue resolution

Build strong long term relationships based on trust and dependability
What You'll Bring

Experience in clean rooms or labs or similar technical environments is strongly preferred

Ground up project experience with a general contractor is required

Ability to speak clearly with clients and field teams

Calm and organized leadership style

Strong understanding of sequencing, scheduling, and cost awareness

Proficient with project software and digital reporting

Ability to travel to the site daily and be present as a leader
