Qualification: Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering (Construction Management degree is a plus)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and drive architectural, interior, and civil projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate must have strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and proven experience in managing teams and project workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage complete project execution, including planning, design coordination, site supervision, and final delivery.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth progress.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets; ensure adherence to schedules and quality standards.
• Manage and guide internal teams, site supervisors, contractors, and vendors.
• Resolve technical issues by coordinating with architects, consultants, and engineers.
• Prepare progress reports, project documentation, and management updates.
• Ensure strict compliance with quality, safety standards, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain strong communication with all stakeholders for transparent and efficient project flow.
• Identify potential risks and implement proactive solutions to avoid delays or issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering;

Construction Management degree is an added advantage.

• 8–10 years of solid experience in project handling within architectural, interior, civil, or construction sectors.
• Strong leadership, team management, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and client-handling abilities.
• In-depth understanding of project management methodologies, site operations, and technical drawings.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver within timelines.
• Proficiency in project management tools/software (MS Office, MS Project, etc.).
• Only Immediate Joiners will be considered.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
