Role Overview

We are looking for a talented Architect or Senior Interior Designer who can lead projects from the concept phase through to execution. You will not only design visually stunning spaces but also handle the technical documentation and costing required to build them.

Key Responsibilities

• Site Management: Oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites, ensuring work flows smoothly without delays.
• Quality Control: Conduct rigorous quality checks on construction, finishing, carpentry, and MEP works to ensure they match architectural drawings.
• Resource Management: Coordinate effectively with vendors, sub-contractors, and laborers. Ensure materials are ordered and delivered on time to prevent bottlenecks.
• Timeline Adherence: Create project schedules and ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Reporting: Provide daily progress reports and updates to the Proprietor.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in residential or commercial interior fit-outs and construction.
• Education: B.E. Civil, Diploma in Civil Engineering, or Construction Management.
• Mobility: Must own a 2-wheeler and be willing to travel between sites across Bengaluru.
• Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of civil works, joinery, and interior finishing. Ability to read and interpret complex architectural drawings.
