Project Manager

Job Title: Project Manager

• Reporting To: General Manager (Construction)

Qualification: D.C.E / B.E (Civil)
Age: 30 – 35 years
Experience: Minimum 10 years of experience in building construction from start to completion, including RCC, Finishing, and MEP works
Computer Knowledge: Proficient in MS Word and MS Excel
Other Specific Experience: Experience in working on high-rise buildings will be an added advantage
CTC Budget: Up to ₹24 LPA

Job Description:

• Overall in-charge of residential projects consisting of one or multiple buildings.
• Monitor RCC and finishing works through subordinate engineers and supervisors.
• Oversee and coordinate work of various contractors and vendors.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols and site management standards.
• Prepare and verify bills for project vendors and contractors.
• Track project progress, timelines, and quality compliance.
