Project Manager

About the Role:

Kashmir Pre-Engineered Construction Pvt Ltd. seeks a meticulous and dependable Purchase Officer to lead our procurement activities. You will ensure the timely sourcing of high-quality materials, goods, and services at optimal costs, playing a vital role in our supply chain efficiency and project success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all phases of RCC & LGS construction projects.
• Coordinate between design teams, contractors, and clients to ensure timely delivery.
• Monitor budgets, schedules, and quality standards.
• Ensure compliance with relevant codes, safety standards, and best practices.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. Civil)

Minimum 20 years of experience in building construction preferably in Light Gauge Steel structure projects

Strong knowledge of project planning, scheduling, and site coordination

Ability to manage design, fabrication, and installation phases effectively

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
