Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned Project Manager to take full ownership of construction projects across residential, commercial, and industrial sectors. You will be responsible for driving day-to-day site operations, coordinating with all project stakeholders, and ensuring that every stage—from planning to handover—is completed on time, within budget, and to Idealign’s quality standards.

Experience required: 7+ years
Work mode: In-person, site-based (Calicut)

Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end execution of construction projects across residential, commercial, industrial, and mixed-use sectors.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, resource planning, and cost control measures.
• Coordinate effectively with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project progress.
• Identify project risks early and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Oversee procurement planning, material tracking, and subcontractor performance to avoid delays.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, progress reporting, and communication with clients and management.
• Manage multiple project sites with strong prioritization and follow-up.
• Ensure compliance with contracts, standards, and regulatory requirements across all project categories.
• Support continuous improvement of Idealign’s project management systems and processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Construction Management.
• 7+ years of proven experience in residential construction (villas/apartments).
• Strong skills in project planning, execution, cost control, and quality management.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and lead teams on site.
• Proficiency in project management tools and reporting systems.
• Must be willing to work on-site in Calicut.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Calicut, Kerala: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
