<ul><li>Develop and manage the complete project execution plan (PEP), including scope, schedule, budget, and resource planning.</li><li>Review architectural, structural, MEP, and prefab design drawings and coordinate necessary approvals.</li><li>Prepare project schedules using tools like MS Project/Primavera; monitor progress and implement corrective action plans.</li><li>Ensure smooth integration of civil, HVAC, ICT, fire-fighting, and paneling works during construction</li><li>Coordinate with design consultants for prefab building layouts, MEP services, and system integration. Review engineering drawings, technical submittals, material datasheets, and shop drawings for all trades.
