Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Lead in day-to-day coordination and progress monitoring.
• Coordinate, prepare and consolidate donor reports, technical briefs, and project presentations.
• Assist in the development and rollout of SOPs, training content, and implementation tools.
• Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts in close coordination with Project Lead, Operations Lead and finance team.
• Ensure data-driven decision-making in collaboration with the M&E team.
• Coordinate, organize and document stakeholder meetings, review sessions, and field visits.

Qualifications and Experience

• Master’s degree in public health, Social Sciences or a relevant discipline
• 5–7 years of experience in managing or supporting FP/SRHR projects.
• Strong skills in coordination, writing, reporting, and communication.
• Experience of working with donor-funded programs is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
