Key Responsibilities
- Support the Project Lead in day-to-day coordination and progress monitoring.
- Coordinate, prepare and consolidate donor reports, technical briefs, and project presentations.
- Assist in the development and rollout of SOPs, training content, and implementation tools.
- Monitor project budgets, expenditures, and forecasts in close coordination with Project Lead, Operations Lead and finance team.
- Ensure data-driven decision-making in collaboration with the M&E team.
- Coordinate, organize and document stakeholder meetings, review sessions, and field visits.
Qualifications and Experience
- Master’s degree in public health, Social Sciences or a relevant discipline
- 5–7 years of experience in managing or supporting FP/SRHR projects.
- Strong skills in coordination, writing, reporting, and communication.
- Experience of working with donor-funded programs is an advantage.

Pay: Rs180,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
