Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead, coordinate, and supervise ELV and CCTV projects, ensuring timely execution, quality delivery, and full compliance with project specifications and authority requirements. The ideal candidate must have strong technical knowledge, excellent leadership skills, and hands-on experience managing documentation approvals, material submittals, and client coordination for large-scale projects in Qatar.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and supervise the project team to ensure the successful execution of all project activities.
• Prepare, review, and submit material submittals, method statements, and all required documentation for consultant and authority approvals.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth communication and timely project progress.
• Oversee project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and progress monitoring.
• Ensure compliance with MOI-SSD, project specifications, and industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor work quality, safety, and progress.
• Prepare progress reports and update stakeholders on project status.
• Manage risks, resolve site issues, and ensure timely completion of all activities.
• Ensure proper documentation and maintain records of all approvals, submissions, and revisions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, IT, or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 3–4 years of proven experience in Qatar managing ELV, CCTV, or security system projects.
• Strong experience in preparing and securing approvals for material submittals, method statements, and other project documentation.
• Previous involvement in large-scale projects is mandatory.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Strong understanding of ELV systems and relevant authority requirements.
• Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.
• Valid Qatar Driving License is mandatory.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: QAR6,000.00 - QAR8,000.00 per month
