Project Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Delivery Manager / Project Manager to lead complex, multi-stream customer-experience, data, and analytics programs for KSA office. The ideal candidate will have strong experience running digital transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality delivery, and managing profitability across diverse engagement models—including fixed-price, outcome-based, and agile delivery.

The role requires hands-on leadership across program governance, risk mitigation, client relationship management, and cross-functional team coordination, with a strong understanding of CX platforms, AI adoption, data-driven decision-making , and modern delivery frameworks.

Required Experience & Skills

• 8+ years of experience in project management , with 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record delivering CX, data/analytics, or AI-enabled transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of digital customer journeys, CX technologies, and data-driven delivery.
• Demonstrated experience managing profit & loss , margins, and financial performance.
• Ability to manage fixed-price and large-scale, multi-vendor delivery environments.
• Expertise implementing risk and issue management frameworks.
• Strong team management experience across large, distributed delivery teams.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client engagement skills.
• Prior experience working in KSA or GCC markets preferred.
