About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management activities. The ideal candidate will manage project documentation, coordinate with internal teams, track progress, and ensure smooth execution of tasks within deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and managing project activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely task completion.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reports, and records.
• Track project progress and update the Project Manager regularly.
• Monitor timelines, deliverables, and workflow efficiency.
• Handle communication between clients and internal teams when required.
• Support team members with administrative and operational tasks.
• Ensure quality standards and procedures are consistently followed.

Required Qualifications

• Minimum Graduation: BSc Physics / Statistics / Mathematics preferred.
• MBA qualification is an added advantage.
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in project coordination or related roles.

• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
