Key Responsibilities
-
Develop, maintain, and execute detailed project and program plans.

Lead and facilitate core Scrum ceremonies for the project team.

Monitor and manage project performance, ensuring milestones are met.

Communicate project updates, risks, and decisions across all stakeholders.

Ensure effective cross-functional collaboration using modern PM and communication tools
-
Promote the project vision, objectives, and priorities to keep teams aligned.
-
Track progress, mitigate risks, and remove blockers to maintain project momentum.

Prepare reports, documentation, and dashboards as required.
Qualifications
-
Bachelor’s degree AND 3+ years of relevant Project Management experience
-
Familiar with Project Management tools (e.g., Jira, Asana, MS Project, or equivalents)
-
Experience developing and executing project/program plans
-
Experience in defining and promoting project vision and objectives
-
Strong project performance management
-
Hands-on Scrum facilitation experience
-
Strong stakeholder collaboration
