Project Manager

About

This opportunity is for a leading Energy & Gas giant in the UAE. We are looking for a Project Manager to drive the successful delivery of critical digital transformation initiatives. You will ensure that projects are executed efficiently, meeting high quality standards while adhering to strict timelines and budgets within a complex industrial environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define detailed project schedules, set milestones, and establish reporting structures to track progress against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
• Coordinate resource mobilization and management, ensuring the right talent is available to meet project demands.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies, including plans for resource shortages or quality issues.
• Ensure strict adherence to Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies during service delivery.
• Act as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, managing expectations and communicating status updates regularly.
• Ensure all deliverables meet the agreed quality standards and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

• 7–15 years of experience
• Proven track record in managing IT, data, or digital implementation projects.
• Strong proficiency in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall/Prince2).
• Experience with project management software (MS Project, Jira, Primavera).
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams.
• Strong conflict resolution and negotiation skills.

Bonus

• PMP or Prince2 Practitioner certification.
• Experience managing projects in the Oil & Gas or Energy sector.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED15,000.00 - AED22,000.00 per month
