  • Lead large-scale technical projects from start to finish.
  • Create project plans, milestones, and risk strategies.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and external partners.
  • Drive Agile processes and ensure transparency.
  • Manage changes, dependencies, and communication.
  • Ensure deliverables meet technical and business goals.
  • Provide documentation, reports, and executive updates.
  • Identify and mitigate risks; escalate blockers promptly.
  • Maintain strong client relationships and realistic commitments.
  • Oversee QA for consistent, tested product delivery.
  • Travel within GCC weekly and respond to urgent requests.



    • Requirements


    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related fields.
    • Proven experience managing enterprise or mega projects, ideally in tech-driven environments.
    • Strong understanding of technical systems, integrations, platforms, and architecture.
    • Demonstrated success delivering structured project charters, milestone plans, and risk management frameworks.

    Required Certifications


    • PMP certification
    • Scrum certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent)
    • Agile certification
    • Six Sigma (Green Belt or higher preferred)

    Skills and Competencies


    • Strong project planning, risk management, and execution skills
    • Ability to collaborate with diverse teams and manage complex stakeholders
    • Excellent communication and documentation abilities
    • Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
    • Comfortable in high-stakes, fast-moving environments

    Preferred Experience


    • Background in EdTech, government projects, enterprise SaaS, or digital transformation
    • Experience with ministries, educational institutions, or large public sector clients
