Project Manager

Role Overview:
Responsible for planning, managing, and supervising all construction activities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and as per UAE regulations and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations and coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE building codes, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, progress reports, and cost control measures.
• Manage workforce, allocate tasks, and resolve technical/site issues promptly.
• Review drawings, BOQ, and approve materials and workmanship quality.
• Conduct site inspections, safety audits, and enforce HSE procedures.
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and authorities for approvals and inspections.
• Ensure timely procurement and effective resource planning.
• Handle variations, change orders, and ensure documentation accuracy.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10–15 years UAE construction experience.
• Strong knowledge of local regulations, authority approvals, and project management tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: From AED25,000.00 per month
