Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of proven experience in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion, demonstrating strong leadership skills, excellent communication, and a keen eye for detail. As a Project Manager, you will oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Initiation:

• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource requirements.
• Conduct project kickoff meetings to communicate project goals, expectations, and roles to team members.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

• Lead and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive team environment.
• Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Project Execution:

• Monitor and manage project timelines, ensuring milestones are met on schedule.
• Identify and resolve project issues and risks in a timely manner.
• Ensure that all project activities adhere to established policies, procedures, and quality standards.

Resource Management:

• Allocate and manage project resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with department heads to ensure availability of necessary resources.

Risk Management:

• Identify and assess potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Proactively address and resolve issues to minimize project impact.

Communication and Reporting:

• Provide regular project status updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and accessible.
• Maintain transparent communication with stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Experience Required:

• 2–3 years of experience in project management or a related field.
• Proven track record in successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Night Shift 8pm till 5am
