Project Manager – Cladding & Facade Works

Job Overview

A leading cladding specialist company is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee façade and cladding projects throughout the UAE. This role is responsible for ensuring project delivery aligns with contract requirements, technical standards, project schedules, and safety regulations. The ideal candidate will possess substantial local experience in façade and cladding execution, coordination with subcontractors, fulfilling authority requirements, and maintaining effective client communication.

Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & Execution

· Develop comprehensive project execution plans, work programs, material schedules, and method statements specific to cladding and façade works.

· Lead site mobilization efforts, sequence activities, and coordinate workflow to ensure timely and high-quality project delivery.

· Review IFC drawings and shop drawings, and collaborate with design and technical teams to resolve any clarifications.

· Ensure strict compliance with UAE building codes, project specifications, and requirements set by consultants and authorities.

2. Site Supervision & Quality Control

· Oversee the daily execution of cladding activities, including substructure, brackets, insulation, waterproofing, and final panel installation.

· Ensure installation standards are consistent with industry best practices and meet required tolerances.

· Conduct regular site inspections alongside consultants, clients, and quality teams.

· Implement corrective actions to address any technical or quality issues identified during execution.

3. Contract, Cost & Procurement Management

· Manage project budgets and exercise cost control and efficient resource allocation.

· Review and verify subcontractor work, claims, and handle variations as necessary.

· Prepare procurement schedules and coordinate the timely delivery of materials, including aluminium panels, GRC, HPL, stone, glass, and accessories.

· Collaborate with commercial and procurement teams to secure competitive pricing and ensure materials are supplied on time.

4. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

· Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, main contractors, and internal teams.

· Lead coordination efforts with structural, MEP, waterproofing, and other interfacing trades.

· Participate in weekly progress meetings, providing technical updates, risk assessments, and progress documentation.

· Maintain strong professional relationships to facilitate successful project delivery.

5. HSE & Compliance

· Ensure full compliance with safety regulations and project-specific health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.

· Participate actively in safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

· Oversee that work at height, lifting operations, and façade installation activities are conducted following approved safety procedures.

6. Reporting & Documentation

· Prepare and maintain progress reports, site diaries, delay notices, and variation claims as required.

· Monitor and report on project KPIs, including productivity, installation rates, material usage, and quality metrics.

· Ensure the completion of all project documentation, including handover files, AS-BUILT drawings, and project close-out materials.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED13,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
