Project Manager

We are currently working with an International Project Management consultancy who are seeking a Project Manager for a 60MW Data Centre Project in Riyadh.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead the client-side delivery of data centre projects, establishing governance structures and project controls.

· Manage cross-functional teams, including designers, cost consultants, contractors, commissioning agents, and operators.

· Manage design development in collaboration with architects, consultants, and internal teams.

· Oversee project approvals, permitting, and regulatory compliance.

· Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risks, ensuring timely reporting to senior management.

· Coordinate with internal stakeholders (finance, sales, marketing, legal) to align development objectives with business goals.

· Manage external contractors, subcontractors, and partners to deliver projects to agreed quality standards.

Requirements:

• Must have minimum a bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and Project Management
• Minimum of 12+ years’ professional experience with at least 6+ years with a PMC
• Significant proven experience delivering Data Centre projects successfully

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
