Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee fit-out, interior, and construction projects from initiation to handover. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proven experience delivering high-quality projects within deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise full project lifecycle: planning, execution, monitoring, and handover
• Review drawings, BOQs, material specifications, and project timelines
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Prepare project schedules, site progress reports, and material tracking sheets
• Ensure project execution follows approved drawings, quality standards, and authority regulations
• Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and resolve technical issues
• Manage subcontractors, procurement activities, and resource allocation
• Handle cost control, variations, and project budget monitoring
• Ensure all health, safety, and compliance standards are met on site
• Attend meetings with clients and consultants and provide updates
• Lead site teams and ensure timely delivery of all project milestones

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• 5–8 years UAE experience in interior fit-out / construction / project management
• Strong understanding of civil, interior, and MEP coordination
• Proven experience managing multiple projects at the same time
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines
• UAE driving license preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD; knowledge of Primavera is an advantage
