Project Manager

We need a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver construction projects on time, within budget, and as per quality standards. The selected candidate will oversee the full project cycle, manage teams and coordinate with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Lead, plan, and manage all phases of construction projects
• Oversee site activities, monitor progress, and resolve issues quickly
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Make all work complies with safety rules, company policies, and UAE regulations
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and prepare progress reports
• Review technical documents, drawings, and schedules

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in construction project management
• Strong knowledge of project planning, construction methods, and regulations
• Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
• Ability to manage multiple teams and priorities effectively
• Proficiency in project management software and tools
