Job Title: Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and lead multiple projects, ensuring successful planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery within the required quality, time, and budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full project lifecycle from initiation to handover.
• Prepare project schedules, budgets, work plans, and resource allocations.
• Ensure project execution aligns with approved drawings, specifications, and contractual requirements.
• Coordinate between consultants, contractors, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Monitor progress, prepare periodic reports, and address risks or delays proactively.
• Lead site meetings and ensure safety and quality standards are met.
• Review and approve project invoices, variations, and change orders.
• Maintain strong client communication and ensure project satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture / Project Management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in managing engineering or construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of project planning (MS Project / Primavera).
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
• Transferable Iqama (for non-Saudis).
• Valid Saudi Council of Engineers membership is a plus.
