We are hiring for Project Manager
Financial Accountability
Manages the Projects Budget of BBQN Corporate in consultation with Head of Projects and Maintenance
Purpose:
Projects: Leads and Coordinates BBQN Project Execution at multi sites in a given financial budgets and timelines By setting up Time schedule and allocating required resources to achieve the target and BBQN Quality standards as set by Head of Projects and Maintenance by applying Principles of Project management.
Main Duties:
1. Responsible for bringing Barbeque Nation facilities - from IDEA to operation stage and hand it over to Operation Team
2. Plan, estimate, list and coordinating with contractors, designers, consultants and executing construction
3. Plan project / company financials including fund management, project time line and schedules, calculate project financial breakeven, plans. i.e. (Capex / Opex / MIS )
4. Conceptualize and execute projects of high quality while meeting deadlines. Ensure innovative and unique cost effective techniques in construction / projects.
5. Develop, quantify, order, monitor and coordinate overall project purchase
6. Coordinating pre and post contract, multidisciplinary project team and external consultants. Ensure implementation of strategies, logistics, planning and administration of the developments through the multidisciplinary team
7. Help, coordinate with Liasoning team, operation and production teams to launch the new restaurant setup
8. Maintain high level of coordination for updates with senior top management.
9. Drive investors, management, architect, contractors, and vendors, employees etc towards successful completion of project in a given time frame and budget.
10. Any other duties as may reasonably be requested by the management.
Experience
· Planning , Designing and drafting of township, bungalows and hotels with consultation of senior architect – 2 to 3 yrs
· Proven ability to lead and develop high performance teams for Execution of work like Schools, Hostels, Row houses, Commercial & Residential Buildings, Malls etc – 2 to 3 yrs
· 7+ years in Project management field with focus on Hotels & Restaurants.
· Experience with F&B/ hotel/ Retail brands (desirable)
· Experience in dealing and getting work done with external agencies
Skills
· F& B Facility planning experience (desirable)
· Outstanding verbal and written communications skills in English and the ability to persuade others to consider a different point of view.
· Budget management
· Skill in developing and making effective presentations
· Strong knowledge of interior fitout works, MEP, HVAC, Plant and machineries, fire safety, Lighting systems, Hardware networking development/management
· Creative and a critical trained eye for creative review
· Technical problem solver (desirable)

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,500,000.00 per year
