Job Title: Project Manager – Piling & Infrastructure Projects

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee piling and infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth site operations, timely project completion, and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day site operations and supervise site crews (day & night shifts).
• Prepare work plans, monitor progress, and coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors.
• Ensure compliance with HSE and QC standards.
• Track project performance, budgets, and schedules.
• Identify risks and implement effective mitigation strategies.
• Lead and motivate the site team, ensuring productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 7 years’ experience in piling and infrastructure projects.
• Strong leadership, planning, and coordination skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
• Knowledge of HSE and quality standards in construction.
