Project Manager – Exterior Space (Landscape & Swimming Pool Projects)

Exterior Space, a leading Landscape and Swimming Pool contracting company, is hiring a Project Manager with 3–4 years of UAE experience in managing landscaping and pool construction projects. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to lead site teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily site operations for landscape and swimming pool projects.
• Coordinate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and the site team.
• Ensure projects are executed on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.
• Prepare daily progress reports and share updates with management.
• Resolve site issues and support smooth project workflow.
• Monitor material deliveries, manpower, and work progress.
• Ensure safety and quality compliance on site.

Requirements:

• 3–4 years of UAE experience in Landscape / Swimming Pool / Construction project management.
• Strong communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects.
• Basic knowledge of drawings, site execution, and project documentation.
• Good leadership, problem-solving, and time-management skills.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary: AED 4,000 – 6,000 per month
• Employment Visa: 2-year visa provided by the company
• Accommodation: Provided by the company
• Location: Al Karama, Dubai
• Working Hours: Monday to Saturday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch break)
• Overtime: Available

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
