Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to plan, coordinate, and supervise construction projects from start to finish. The role involves managing budgets, timelines, contractors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and manage construction projects from inception to completion

Prepare project schedules, budgets, and resource plans

Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers

Monitor site activities to ensure work is as per drawings and specifications

Ensure compliance with safety rules and government regulations

Manage labor, materials, and equipment efficiently

Track project progress and prepare daily/weekly reports

Handle site issues, delays, and risk mitigation

Approve bills, BOQs, and contractor payments

Ensure quality control and timely project handover

Project planning & scheduling

Cost control & budgeting

Site coordination & supervision

Vendor & contractor management

MS Excel, MS Project / Primavera

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Preferred Skills

Experience with High-rise / Infrastructure / Industrial projects

Knowledge of local building by-laws and safety standards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
