Project Manager Position Overview

Nail’Em Down Roofing, LLC is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee roofing installation projects from start to finish. This individual will ensure that each job is completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate crews, manage materials, provide job progress documentation using our integrated software systems, and maintain excellent communication with homeowners and the internal office team.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage roofing installation projects from site arrival through project completion.

• Act as the primary on-site company representative for customers and subcontractors.

• Conduct pre-job walkthroughs to confirm scope, materials, crew expectations, and jobsite safety.

• Monitor crew performance to ensure workmanship meets company standards and manufacturer specifications.

• Document every project using our integration system by capturing:

o Before photos

o Progress photos

o Completion photos

• Operate a drone to obtain aerial imagery for documentation and quality assurance.

• Track and report material usage to ensure job accuracy and minimize waste.

• Communicate material shortages or change orders with the office in real-time.

• Maintain a professional and respectful presence on all customer job sites.

• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and report incidents immediately.

• Assist with final inspections and ensure job sites are left clean and presentable.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in roofing, construction management, or project coordination preferred.

• Ability to read and understand roofing scope, materials, and layout.

• Drone experience preferred (training can be provided).

• Strong communication and leadership skills.

• High attention to detail and organization.

• Must be comfortable working outdoors and navigating active job sites.

• Ability to create a professional customer experience at all times.

• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

• Ability to lift 80+ lbs. and safely climb ladders/roof structures when needed.

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time position; Monday–Friday with occasional Saturday availability.

Pay: $47,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
