Project Manager

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the construction of a private villa project in Dubai, from site execution through to final handover. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in villa or residential projects within the UAE and solid knowledge of local authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day construction activities for the villa project
• Coordinate consultants, contractors, and subcontractors
• Ensure compliance with Dubai Municipality, DDA, and other relevant authorities
• Monitor project schedule, budget, and quality standards
• Prepare progress reports and attend site meetings
• Manage inspections, approvals, and project handover

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in villa or residential construction in Dubai
• Strong understanding of UAE construction regulations and approvals
• Proven ability to manage site teams and multiple stakeholders
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
