Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Ahmedabad
Industry: Construction / Real Estate / Infrastructure
Experience Required: 8–15 Years
Qualification: B.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and deliver residential, commercial, and high-rise construction projects within scope, time, and budget.
• Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, resource plans, and cost estimates.
• Ensure adherence to safety protocols, quality standards, and statutory regulations.
• Review structural drawings, BOQs, and site progress reports.
• Lead site teams including engineers, supervisors, and contractors to achieve milestone targets.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings; resolve technical issues.
• Manage vendor relationships and monitor procurement timelines for materials and machinery.
• Handle project documentation, billing, client reporting, and handover processes.

Key Skills:

• Strong project planning and site execution experience
• Knowledge of MEP coordination and RCC work
• Familiarity with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and ERP tools
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
• Thorough understanding of construction bylaws, safety codes, and building standards

Preferred Experience:

• Successfully delivered multiple residential and/or commercial towers (G+10 or above)
• Worked on urban infrastructure or mixed-use development projects

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
