Project Manager

A leading UAE bank is looking for a Project Manager to support its digital innovation and fintech partnership initiatives. This role manages fintech assessments, onboarding, PoV pilots, governance coordination, and cross-functional delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Support evaluation and onboarding of fintech partners and digital solution providers.
• Manage proof-of-value (PoV), pilot phases, timelines, RAID logs, and delivery plans.
• Coordinate with internal teams (IT, Architecture, Cybersecurity, Data, Legal, Risk, Procurement).
• Prepare and track governance documents, assessments, and approvals.
• Lead UAT readiness, API testing coordination, and integration support.
• Ensure smooth execution of fintech experiments and resolve blockers early.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in project management, PMO, or digital delivery.
• Background in fintech, payments, digital banking, technology vendors, or e-commerce.
• Strong governance, compliance, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with cross-functional technology and business teams.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
