Job Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of experience in Agile Project Management or Scrum Master roles within software development projects.
Strong practical understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Waterfall–Agile hybrid models.
Proven experience in planning, tracking, and delivering complex software projects end-to-end.
Hands-on experience with project management tools such as JIRA, TFS, Microsoft Project, or similar platforms.
Solid understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ability to work closely with technical teams, with a good understanding of DevOps practices and software delivery pipelines.
Main Responsibilities
Lead and facilitate all Agile and Scrum ceremonies, including Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives.
Coach and mentor team members on Agile values, Scrum practices, and DevOps mindsets to improve team self-organization and delivery efficiency.
Proactively identify, manage, and remove impediments that hinder the team’s progress and impact delivery.
Promote an adaptive Agile culture that enables teams to respond effectively to changing requirements and priorities
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress against milestones to ensure on-time and within-scope delivery.
Manage project budgets and allocate resources efficiently to maximize productivity.
Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, managing expectations and providing clear, transparent, and data-driven status updates.
