- Planning & Scheduling: Develop detailed project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource allocation (labor, equipment).
- Budget Management: Estimate costs, control spending, and manage the budget throughout the project.
- Team Leadership: Direct and motivate project teams, including architects, engineers, subcontractors, and site workers.
- Procurement: Order supplies, manage inventory, and allocate resources efficiently.
- Quality Control & Safety: Enforce building codes, safety protocols, and quality standards; submit inspection logs.
- Stakeholder Communication: Liaise with clients, owners, and consultants, providing progress reports and managing expectations.
- Site Supervision: Regularly visit sites to monitor progress and resolve issues.
- Risk Management: Identify potential issues and develop mitigation strategies.
