We are seeking a full-time Project Manager for an on-site role located in Al Khobar. The Project Manager will oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely execution, adherence to budgets, and quality standards. Responsibilities include managing project schedules, coordinating logistics, facilitating inspections, and leading an interdisciplinary team to achieve project goals. Strong communication and organizational abilities are essential for effectively collaborating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Experience in Project Management, including planning, execution, and monitoring.
• Skills in Expediting and Expeditor operations to ensure project deliverables are on schedule.
• Proficiency in Inspection and ensuring quality compliance within project frameworks.
• Strong knowledge of Logistics Management to align resources, schedules, and interdependencies effectively.
• Effective leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity with real estate development or construction projects is an advantage.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools is beneficial.
