We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Joinery to manage and deliver high-quality joinery and fit-out projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proven experience in managing joinery works within timelines and budgets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, manage, and execute joinery projects from design approval to final handover
- Coordinate with designers, engineers, production teams, and site supervisors
- Review shop drawings, material submittals, and production schedules
- Monitor project timelines, costs, quality standards, and resource allocation
- Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
- Manage variations, claims, and project documentation
- Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with the factory
- Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports
- Ensure final snagging, approvals, and project close-out documentation
Requirements:
- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred)
- Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with shop drawings, AutoCAD, and project schedules
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid UAE driving license (preferred)
