Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager – Joinery to manage and deliver high-quality joinery and fit-out projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and proven experience in managing joinery works within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, manage, and execute joinery projects from design approval to final handover
• Coordinate with designers, engineers, production teams, and site supervisors
• Review shop drawings, material submittals, and production schedules
• Monitor project timelines, costs, quality standards, and resource allocation
• Liaise with clients, consultants, and main contractors to ensure smooth project execution
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards
• Manage variations, claims, and project documentation
• Ensure timely procurement of materials and coordination with the factory
• Lead project meetings and prepare progress reports
• Ensure final snagging, approvals, and project close-out documentation

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in joinery or interior fit-out projects (UAE experience preferred)
• Strong knowledge of joinery materials, finishes, and manufacturing processes
• Experience with shop drawings, AutoCAD, and project schedules
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
