Project Manager

We are looking for a skilled Project Manager to lead and deliver high-priority projects on time. This role involves managing resources, risks, and stakeholder expectations, while navigating scope changes and conflicting priorities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Project Delivery: Plan, track, and ensure successful completion of projects within scope, schedule with align of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
• Methodology & Tools: Apply Waterfall-Hybrid and Agile methodologies; use Azure DevOps to organize and track work items.
• Resource Management: Allocate resources effectively across multiple projects with competing deadlines.
• Stakeholder Management: Manage stakeholder expectations and resolve conflicting priorities to ensure alignment.
• Collaboration: Foster communication and teamwork across cross-functional, remote, and distributed teams.
• Problem Solving: Address project risks and issues to keep projects on track.
• Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate risks, taking corrective actions as needed.

Qualifications:

• Proven project management experience with a strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with resources and conflicting deadlines.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• PMP or Agile , CSM , APM certification is a plus.
• Arabic speaking preferred.
