Key Responsibilities:

-* Project Planning & Scheduling* – Develop project plans, schedules, and resource allocation strategies.
- Execution & Monitoring – Oversee project progress, manage risks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Stakeholder Coordination – Act as the main contact for clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Team Leadership – Lead, train, and motivate teams for efficient project execution.
- Quality & Safety Compliance – Ensure adherence to industry standards and conduct inspections.
- Budget Management – Develop and control project budgets, addressing deviations.
- Reporting & Documentation – Maintain project records and provide regular status updates.

Qualifications & Skills:

✔ Education – Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering or Construction Management.
✔ Experience – 6-10 years in civil construction and interior fitouts.
✔ Technical Skills – Proficiency in MS Project, Primavera, AutoCAD, and construction methodologies.
✔ Leadership & Communication – Strong team management and client-handling abilities.
✔ Problem-Solving – Analytical mindset for risk assessment and resolution.
