Project Manager

Location: North Austin, TX Compensation: $55,000 – $80,000 Salary Benefits: 401k, Paid Training, Paid Holidays, Weekly Pay, Ongoing Professional Development

While experience in painting or construction is a plus, we are primarily looking for someone with the "soft skills" to lead: great communication, a sense of urgency, and a customer-first mindset. What You’ll Do:

- Bridge the Gap: Act as the primary link between our painting crews and our customers, ensuring clear communication and total satisfaction.

- Project Leadership: Create work orders, review project plans with crews, and supervise multiple job sites simultaneously.

- Resource Management: Order materials, track expenses, and manage budgets to ensure every project is profitable and high-quality.

- On-Site Excellence: Conduct daily site visits to communicate progress to stakeholders and troubleshoot any issues in real-time.

- Build Trust: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, subcontractors, and prospective customers.

Minimum Qualifications (Must-Haves):

- Valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record.

- Reliable Transportation for travel to the North Austin office and various job sites (up to 60 minutes of driving).

- Accountability: Ability to pass a background check and a drug screen.

- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to navigate high-pressure situations with a professional attitude.

Preferred Experience (Not Required):

- Bilingual: Strongly preferred (English/Spanish) to better communicate with diverse crews and clients.

- Home Service Experience: 1+ year in painting, construction, or a related field.

- Project Management: 1+ year of experience managing timelines, budgets, or teams.
