Key Responsibilities

  • Project Planning:

Define scope, create schedules, develop budgets, and obtain permits.

  • Execution & Monitoring:

Oversee daily operations, manage resources (labor, materials), track progress, and ensure quality/safety compliance.

  • Financial Management:

Prepare estimates, manage costs, process change orders, and control budgets.

  • Stakeholder Management:

Act as the primary contact for clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors; lead team meetings.

  • Risk & Compliance:

Identify risks, implement mitigation strategies, and enforce all building codes and safety regulations.

  • Documentation:

Prepare reports, submittals, inspection logs, and quality assurance documents.

Essential Skills & Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of construction processes, materials, and methods.
  • Proficiency with scheduling and project management software.
  • Experience in budget management and contract administration.

Typical Duties

  • Review designs and bid documents.
  • Negotiate with vendors and subcontractors.
  • Conduct site meetings.
  • Prepare project reports.
  • Manage change orders.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹717,550.63 - ₹2,241,918.19 per year
