We are looking to hire a Project Manager to be based in Riyadh, KSA that will be responsible for the end-to-end planning, management, and execution of events and production projects. This role involves developing comprehensive project plans, managing budgets and resources, and guaranteeing timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project delivery.
Responsibilities & Duties:

Manage project engineers, site engineers, and installation teams to ensure disciplined and efficient execution.

Oversee the full project lifecycle from initiation, planning, and execution to closure.

Ensure all activities comply with the ePMO’s standardized delivery framework, governance steps, and quality controls.

Prepare, schedule, coordinate, and monitor engineering and event projects in alignment with portfolio-level priorities.

Work closely with the Planning Engineer to develop integrated project schedules, milestones, and resource plans.

Collaborate with clients to understand requirements, clarify scope, and define expected deliverables.

Oversee on-site operations including installation, construction, staging, testing, rehearsals, and dismantling.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring transparency, alignment, and satisfaction.

Establish strong vendor relationships, negotiate contracts, and manage performance to ensure on-time, high quality delivery, following SLAs (where applicable).

Track project budgets and ensure financial efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.

Conduct risk assessments and maintain project-level risk registers in alignment with ePMO practices.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering or any related field.

PMP, PRINCE2, or similar project management certifications is a must.

3–5 years of experience in project engineering, preferably in events, exhibitions build-up management, or any related fields.

Hands-on experience with event infrastructure, AV systems, or structural engineering for events is highly desirable.

Experience working in a factory, workshop, production environment, or onsite event/installation environment is highly desirable.

Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Smartsheet, or Primavera).

Strong technical understanding of event setups, including staging, lighting, rigging, and audiovisual systems.

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and production plans.

Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to dynamic project environments.

Effective communication skills for cross-functional and stakeholder engagement. Effective communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Strong knowledge of PMO governance frameworks, KPIs, and delivery standards.

Familiarity with reporting tools such as Power BI or Tableau for dashboard generation.
